Steel wire-reinforced spiral hoses from Norres can be supplied with or without stainless steel wires. They are FDA-compliant and approved in accordance with the EC Directive 2002/72/EC. Industry-standard binding methods, such as clamp connections, milk tube couplers and aseptic couplers, have been developed and matured for series production in close collaboration with end users. The firmly clamped coupling is air and liquid-tight with no clearance spaces. The conducting hose insert is connected to the socket, ensuring that the complete hose is conductive (capable of discharge) as defined by statutory regulations with forced earthing. The extended head sections of the fittings permit easy installation in any existing plant because the mobility of the cap nut is preserved. The hose adapters of these fittings have a conical bore that guarantees absolutely smooth delivery. The clamp connections and couplings are available in all standard stainless steel grades.
